Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including birth charts, compatibility reports, and preferences will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Om.AI account directly from within the app. Follow these simple steps:

Open Om.AI App

Launch the Om.AI app on your device and ensure you're logged into your account.

Navigate to Profile

Go to your profile section by tapping the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Find Delete Account Option

Scroll down to the bottom of your profile screen to find the "Delete Account" button.

Confirm Deletion

Enter your password and tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Personal profile information
  • Birth chart data and calculations
  • Compatibility reports and analysis
  • Chat history and interactions
  • Subscription and payment history
  • App preferences and settings
  • Saved spiritual guidance content
  • Account credentials and login information

Data Retention Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring complete data removal when you delete your account.

Immediate Deletion (0-24 hours)

Your account becomes immediately inaccessible and personal data is marked for deletion from our active systems.

System Purge (1-7 days)

All personal information including your email, name, birth details, and usage data is completely removed from our databases.

Backup Removal (7-30 days)

Any remaining anonymized technical logs and backup data are purged from our systems within 30 days.

Important Considerations
  • Subscription: If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion
  • Recovery: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered or restored
  • New Account: You can create a new account with the same email address, but it will start fresh with no previous data
  • Third-Party Services: We'll also remove any data shared with trusted third-party services within 30 days
