Quick Refund Summary

Android: You can request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase through Google Play Store.
iOS: Refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Om.AI Premium Subscription

Our Om.AI Premium subscription provides unlimited access to detailed astrological analysis, compatibility reports, and personalized spiritual guidance.

Pricing:

  • iOS: ₹249/month or ₹1,999/year (or your local equivalent)
  • Android: ₹199/month or ₹1,799/year (or your local equivalent)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: Preventing access to premium features
  • Service unavailability: Extended downtime or service disruptions
  • Billing errors: Incorrect charges or pricing issues
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental multiple subscriptions
  • Initial trial: Within 24 hours of first subscription

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed astrological consultations
  • Generated birth charts and reports
  • Used premium features
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Compatibility reports already accessed
  • Scriptural guidance already received

Important Notes

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Billing Cycle: Billing occurs at confirmation of purchase and repeats monthly or yearly based on your plan
  • Cancellation Effect: You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • iOS Refunds: For purchases made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy
  • Android Refunds: For purchases made through Google Play, you can request a refund within 48 hours. After that, refunds are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy
