Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: Extended downtime or service disruptions
  • Billing errors: Incorrect charges or pricing issues
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental multiple subscriptions
  • 24-hour guarantee: Within 24 hours of first subscription on any platform

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Generated birth charts and reports

  • Partial subscription periods
